I am trying to attach a registered domain name to my account, dailyskiller.net, however, whenever I try, it gives me an error."
An Error Has Occured
An error occurred while trying to create your user folder. Please contact the support department."
Any ideas?

Generally it should be quite easy. You need to access "My Websites" to add domain name, and not "Domain Names" menu.
Ive tried to add my www.xst-hq.net domain like 2 half days ago and still cant get nothing..

That is quite strange. Previously I did attempt to add a TLD domain before, and it worked perfectly fine.
Maybe they might have changed their regulation to paid hosting, some of the functions might be corrupted. The only way to know is the administrators to see this board.
Im not on a free account..

xst: Your domain is not pointed at our nameservers. You are not effected by this issue. Also if you bought the domain from us it would have been automatically added.
nofilicity: this problem is due to you adding the domain, deleting it, and attempting to add it again. or else the "user folder" error was not the first error you got.
