I tried to register and the system told me I was rejected, because either I had signed up previously and I hadn't any suggestions.

You are only allowed one account per computer / person.

Sorry, my first message was not very clear. When I tried to sign up the message stated that I was either already signed up, behind a proxy (which I do use a cable connection and wireless router at home) or one of three other reasons.
This is the first time I have tried to sign up for your service and I wouldn't think that the proxy issue would be a factor.
I just want to know if you would allow me to sign up or not. I take it from the previous message the answer is No, if that's correct, fine no problem, but I don't believe I have an account already and from what services you offer I certainly would like to have one of yours. Your services sound first rate.

I take it since it's been twoweeks and I've received no reply that my request for hosting is a NO. Would that be correct?

Either you logged in to someone elses account, or you gave invalid address.
