I don't know if I should block the IP or not but every couple of minutes I get a visit from Wiscnet, its not the problem but I don't want my banner ad accounts to be deleted for using bots or artificialy inflating my traffic

Usually when bots access your site they only download the html and not any elements (javascript, images etc..)
