File limit size

I know that limit for files is 1 mb. But for me is it a little problem. I want to give on my page my shareware files (some EnergyDiary program written in Java) and size of these files is < 10 mb. It would help me If I have some possibility to upload this file to server. I know it is possible to use another server and give a link from my page there but I prefer to have everything on one server. It is possible to have some exception for limit size.
Please, please admin, I promise, I will never break rules on this server.
