Well i am not sure if there has been a thread about this already, i have searched but i havent found. I would just like to confirm what limitations free accounts have are lifted when we buy paid accounts.

I already know the obvious ones such as file size restrictions lifted, more databases and stuff, custom error pages and no ads. However i would like to know more along the lines of filetype restrictions and allowing people to download (legal stuff ofcourse).

Also any other restrictions not mentioned or asked above that are lifted would be great to know!

Oh and one more thing, whenever i use the exit(); function in php it doesnt show the css anymore (my css is in a seperate stylesheet). Anyone able to help?

Thankyou

P.S is there any possibility that ULMB will be offering clients (maybe only paid accounts if necessary) the option to select from various different versions of PHP. I have seen it on other web hosts and was wondering if ulmb would be offering it in the near future?

We do not limit the file size and such with the paid accounts, the only limit is the .htaccess file, you really dont need it anyways.
There is not a way with our server setup to have multiple versions of php. Did you have a problem with the newest most secure version?

Its not really problems but more what i am used to. All my previous hosts have had some sort of php version 4 running on it and i am used to that and some things that i used to do before dont seem to work as well with php 5

Oh and i have always wanted to use php in my css stylesheet and until now i thought it was impossible. However recently i have come across a way on how to make a stylesheet into php but it requires access to the .htaccess file. All other paid hosts allow access to this file (well all the ones i have been with previously) and i was wondering if you would ever?

Also just to be sure allowing legal downloads IS allowed and all file types are supported?

kings, only files named ".htaccess" aren't aloud. but files like "css.htaccess" are aloud
