How would you make a template? Make one then put it on? I need help!

You can search google for one.
You cant just order someone to make one for you. Most people charge for them unless you find it free on Google.

Back when i used templates, i used www.freesitetemplates.com (http://www.freesitetemplates.com) :) You need to make an account, but they've got about 1000 free templates to choose from :)
