File Limit

Could you maybe bumb the file limit on my host to 1.5 mb because i have a file that is 1.24mb and its a sql databast file and must have it.

Goto phpmyadmin and upload your sql file directly into the database.
There is no file size limit if you do it this way.

Had a problem when i did that.

And When i install this software, it has to have that file on the server.

You have the database name wrong, it needs to be named whatever your database is.
