1) When I am going to pay to get ads removed, do I have to pay it all at once, or is it paid monthly?

2) Is there any way to move files to a new directory ( Hard to sound like I know what I am talking about)? Like moving a file to a different folder?

1) Your choice, the longer you pay in advance the cheaper it is.
2) Nope, to prevent the file name issues you cant move files. Sorry, the easiest way would be to download a ZIP backup of the files then change the directory and reupload it.

Reuploading it into a new folder won't kill the links will it?

You can move files with FTP.

Of course moving the files or reuploading will kill the links, your moving it to a different place, so its not at the old locaton anymore.
