Hello,
Just wanted to ask is coppermine gallery (php-nuke ported) allowed I want to upload some pictures but I get "PHP running on your server does not support the GD image library, check with your webhost if ImageMagick is installed".

GD is not installed, and it can't be, sorry.

Yes you dont need GD or even php for a gallery.
There is software that will generate the html for you.

Thanks, would be nice if there was something like coppermine that works without GD. Do you know of any alternatives that would work on your server? I was thinking to start coding my own module for Nuke-Evo and to link all my pics from imageshack.us and also to create a script if its possible to resize them for thumbnails. Would that sort of php script work because it has to create a thumbnail file on your server?

You wont be able to resize images without GD.
There is software you can get for your PC, that will generate the thumbnails and the html files, which you then just upload to your webspace.

Yes, I know about that one but I wanted a script to do it for me on the server side. Well I found the solution and won't be bugging you guys about the gallery anymore. ;) Copied the html code from slide.com for a custom block in nuke-evo and problem solved, they also host the pics. :)
