EMail Settings

i have a email account with you which is admin@trueconsoleghosts.com

ive installed a addon for vbulletin called wmail and i need to know what settings to put in so i can have it access this email

heres the setting boxs for the client

It says but k.. turconsoleghosts.com is your site? Then the settings would be:

Incoming [POP3]: trueconsoleghosts.com port 110 [DEFAULT]
Outgoing [SMTP]: trueconsoleghosts.com port 587 [NOT Default. make sure its that :P]

Scripts must send mail using the php mail() function.
SMTP and POP3 can only be used to download/send mail from your computer (eg. outlook/thunderbird etc...)
