Is there a quick way of moving file quickly. I want to make my site into a proper site and have the forum as carerra.net/forum, but I dont want to delete all the files only to have to upload them all again which by selecting one file at a time then uploading takes hours. Any suggestion will be welcome.

if they're on the same domain you can move them quickly but if not then it'll take a while

Yeah, they are on the same domain. But using this site to move the files wont work and filezilla does not work too.

My ISP admin has blocked me from googling leapftp unfortunately. Is there any other good FTP programs?

Your ISP filters you from accessing certain sites??
You should change ISP.

Could one of the admins allow me to upload files to my site with leapFTP please. I'd only need an hour or two just to have enough time to sort everything out, then change the setting back?

We are not stopping you from using LeapFTP, I tried it and LeapFTP works fine with out servers.
Make sure you are using the correct login.
Server: ftp.ulmb.com
Username: carerra.ulmb.com (your FULL username) or carerra.net
Password: your password case sensitive.

I've tried everything you've said but it keeps saying "file extention not allowed". I have selected all the boxes in my profile to allow file uploads but they just won't work. :(

What file extention does it not let you upload?

Any, I can upload them by logining into this site but I have to select each and every file one by one which take literally days.

You are logging in with a "user account" without ftp upload access.
Use your main account password not a user account.
