i need to upload a file of 2 mb is that possible.i tried last time but didn't work for me.

Then cant install vBulletin. language.xml file is about 1.18 Mb. thats poor and sad.
it sould be 2mb limit

We have a few users running vbulletin, so try it without that file.
Its probably some foreign language file you dont need anyway.

But its required in installation process step no 6 or 7 may. if its not there it points to that file and says missing and then abort the installation process.
any suggestion.

Try to split the file into two files or change the code so it doesnt check for the file. That or upload a blank file and see if it works.

I have increased the file size limit for your account to 2mb.
