My friend is trying to make an account on here and it wont let him. =/.

He is filling everthing in properly and honestly but it still wont let him.

Then there is some reason why he isn't allowed to and there is nothing we can do without more information.

The signup script is very smart and if you violate and of the terms of service at all then it will deny you. There are tons of reasons why he could be denied and we do not approve denied accounts.
