You account has been unsuspended.
You can keep your account without having to transfer.

But this is your only chance, if you upload illegal files again your account will be closed permanantly.

Yes you can upload freeware, but using as a file storage/download site is not allowed.

What about file upload for a forum?

SMF's upload is lacking quality imo.
