There is a 1mb file size limit, each file can be a maximum of 1mb each.

A 5GB limit makes no sense if you can only upload a 1 MB file. A 30+ MB limit may work better and attract more users.

agreed. kind of ironic with the name too, "unlimited mb".

If we had that large of a limit too many people would abuse our service and violate the terms of service. We are a web host not a file sharing service, if you want to upload 30 mb files you can use www.35mb.com then link to them from here.

I think 30 mb is alot ... this will make the server too slow
BUT 1mb is tooooooooo little u can inc. it to 10 or even 7 mb

There realy shouldn't be much of any reason why you would need more then 1mb file size limit if you are not hosting a download site.
To host downloads you should use a service like www.35mb.com
or to host videos i would say YouTube then hotlink them (they let you)
Other then that, if there is something that you need to upload, break it into multiple files, like if you have a 2mb php file break it into 2 then do php includes.

Tyler, can you please make it 2 MB? That's not nearly enough to share MP3's, but its just enough for certain web site files. For example, some CMS files are above 1 mb but below 2 mb.
Thank you for this great service.

Sorry, the file limit is 1mb and it can't be changed.
you or eric made an exception for some guy that needed to host some files that were over 1 mb.
