So is it still possible to get PHPNuke to work on safe mode? I've seen others do it here but when I edit the config.php I get the same error that it's in safe mode.

Carerra,
You need to install it manually.
PHP-Nuke
Nuke-Evolution
Anything that is based on PHP-Nuke Platform. You need to install them manually
Change your config.php with your the same database name and user/password after that upload it on your account..
Then go to your cpanel -> Then go to your database and go to phpmyadmin and then upload the .sql there. Then once it successful. Just go to your site.
