1. You have to wait for it to be done.
2. No.
Why do people always want special offers? Try saving up some cash and paying the yearly fee. It's only $30+ dollars. Or save up and pay $5.95 every month...
Just save up... Not all that hard to get $30 something dollars...

Accounts where information doesnt match 100% or one of many many different checks are sent for manual review to prevent fraud, so we can keep our prices low. Asking here on the forums doesn't make it go any faster.
You get a discount for making the one payment for 1 or 2 years because for every transaction that we run we get charged a percent and a flat fee, if we have to pay that flat fee 24 times vs. once there is a difference in price.
(that means no, you can pay for it at the monthly rate or pay in full for the yearly rate.)

admin, why not provide other methods of payments (money order...) for memberships in-addition to the extra plans?

Money orders are very time consuming and would drive up costs because we would have to then pay someone to go to the mailbox, get the money orders, deposit them in an account, and then enter them in the computer. In which at any time one could get lost in the mail, then you are out the money you sent us, or any number of things could happen.
Checks and money orders are outdated technology. It is easier for you to go to the store and get a Visa giftcard and use that then it is for you to get a money order. It is also more secure.
