Ftp Problem

I hve this problem: i can't connect to my ftp server properly and neither can create a folder nor upload a file :(

these are my sittings:
Host adress: kam009.ulmb.com
Username: kam009
Pass: ******
login method: Normal

and i am using CuteFtp Pro 7.2


please if you use CuteFtp share ur sittings.
