View Full Version : PHP Uploading
Just wondering, is the 500 KB limit still in effect on paid accounts? I've tried uploading an avatar that's 581 KB's on my forum but it says "Upload of file failed." Which is why I'm wondering if it's still in effect or not.
I've already gone through my forum settings and made the limit of avatars be higher so I don't know what else would be the problem.

Yes its still the same.
Can't it be raised for paid accounts? (I'm thinking it can't or it'd be way too difficult though but wow that really sucks...)

It cant be raised.
Set your limit below 500KB and it wont be a problem.
Actually it will because I still won't be able to upload above 500 KB's...
That's the problem. Such as for GIF animated images and such.
Oh well...

Well you could just upload a small file and then replace it with whatever you want with ftp.
It may be changed in future but at the moment there is no way to set different php configurations for paid accounts.
