Is it possible to allow .sql files for uploading and downloading via FTP?

sql files are already allowed.
please try to upload files before asking if its allowed.

I'm getting a "prohibited file name" when I attempt to download or upload a .sql file via FTP. (Filezilla 3.0.2.1)

Then the file name is bad, not the file extension. http://tyler.ulmb.com/SQLtest.sql SQL files upload fine.
