Registrations Closed?

I have bought a starter package, and I am not even allowed to register on the support forums? Why is this? I mean it is no biggy, but I just think I am entitled to being a member on the support forums.

Also, when will user accounts be accessible again? I need to edit some things in my cPanel, I just need to know how long those links will be down.

You created a username for the account didn't you? I think registration is closed on the forum because when you sign up for the site it does it automatically for the forum as well.

Use the username and password you made for the site to login into the forums. :)

I did that before I made the topic. It didn't log me on.

If you changed your password on the control panel, it doesn't get changed for the forum. Don't really think this is the problem but it never hurts to try.

You'd have to use the old password you signed up with to get onto the forums.

Hopefully one of the Admins comes online and can further help you with this problem a little better.

Make sure to enter your user/pass all in lowercase.
