phpMyAdmin - Extremely slow

Whenever I try to access phpMyAdmin for my database, it's ok for like the first two pages, then the next time I click something it is just stuck at "waiting for phpmyadmin.ulmb.com" and doesn't do anything.

Is there an alternate way I can access my database manually?

It works fine for me, try a different browser.

It works perfectly fine for me as well. Check to make sure you don't have a firewall that is messing up your connection.
