I have created a POP3 ULMB e-mail account and I have downloaded the configuration file and done all of that and it I tried to send a test e-mail to it to see whether it works and nothing, it did not come back undeliverable but I have not recieved it and I sent it 3 days ago!!!

You sent a test mail from where and to where?

From another e-mail account I have and to my ULMB e-mail account which I am trying to get to work.

It must be a problem with your other email address then.

We dont make any mail "dissapear", either its accepted or its rejected and bounced back to the sender.

If neither happened then the sending mail server is not working properly.
