cannot login from FTP

I try upload something on FTP and i got this message:

Command: USER theresa.ulmb.com
Response: 331 User theresa.ulmb.com OK. Password required
Command: PASS ********
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Could not connect to server


I don't know why this happen.....

I was able to login few days ago

ps: i'm now travelling in HK and want to upload some pictures, is this the reason? because i know that ulmb only allow people from North America to register

You cannot login to free accounts from outside your registered country.
