When i installing IPB forum they ask to give some information
such as
IPB 'index.php' URL
SQL Host
SQL Database Name
SQL Username
SQL Password
MySQL Table Type
SQL Table Prefix

dear sir please tell me the answers given to that queation

i also like to create my website index as forum index

Database Name would be the name you gave your database when you set it up in the control panel (if you did) including the numbers.

Other things that it asks for should be listed in their support files.

database name = type mysql, not localhost
sql username + password you'll need to make in your cpanel.
overall, it's pretty simple.
