I was installing a php script and during the installation, it tells me to install a couple crons and it gives me the crons. How do i do a cron job in the cp or ftp?

We do not support cron jobs, and we never will.
You should ask the developers of the script to make a way for it to work without crons. Like having it only run when someone is viewing the site.
