when the IPB installation end,It goes to the login page( http://new.ulmb.com/forums/index.php?act=Login&CODE=00 ).Butwhen i login i can see error message on other page is " file not found ".

i also make my IPB index on www.new.ulmb.com .But when i open www.new.ulmb.com i can see the older message on that page,please give me a solution

You need to be more specific with your thread titles. "please help" is pretty shrewd.

All your other files seem to be in your /forum/ folder while your index isnt. Your index cannot be separated from the other files. http://new.ulmb.com/forums/ works because your index if there. If you want your forum to be your main page move all your files to the main directory under ftp.ulmb.com

You need to login to the admin settings of IPB and change the install directory to the /forums/ not just /
