Webpages Timing Out

Hello,

Webpages are randomly timing out, can you please check on the httpd process and the server load. A reboot may solve the problem.

Server load is only 0.48 which is very low.
There is no problem at our end.

Pages can time out for several reasons.
1. Problems anywhere in the network path between your computer and our server.
2. You are downloading/uploading and maxing out your line.
3. Your website is making socket connections (fsockopen fopen etc..) to 3rd party sites, and one of those sites are down, causing your script to hang waiting for a response it will never get.
