I know this is short but I've never been more impressed with hosting, even free hosting, as I am with this one. Thank you unlimitedmb!

Well, It is 100% true that this is by far, the best free hosting around. You won't find one any better without paying up some money.
Hooray for ULMB!

I wouldn't say it was the best. The support team isn't great and the staff are not exactly cheerful.
The hosting is ok, cpanel isn't very proffessional but good amount of space.
Slow database but spose you have that on most free hosts.
It's hard to find a decent free host!
I would say definetly to improve the support team on the site. The other day, I visited a host. They had a link which when clicked, opened up a small chat window. You were in instant conversation with a member of the support team!!

Umm... I think the Support Team and the Staff are the same people aren't they? o_O
Also why do they need to be cheerful? They answer your questions straightly. Do you want them to add a happy face at the end of every answer to make you feel better?.... :)
Also it's not CPanel... it's Custom Panel.
One thing I agree with you there is the slow database issues... I have to wait a long time before I can go into my tables in phpMyAdmin. phpMyAdmin loads up pretty fast at start, but once I try going into my tables and what not, takes forever...
You also have to realize there's generally only two running this hosting at the time. Eric and Tyler. They're not going to be on 24/7. For all you know they're sleeping right now.
They are human....... :)

Yeah I know but more people could be employed for that.
And no but they should just be more cheerful. I got told off the other day by Tyler for posting in an old thread...That's fine but surely, if he doesn't want the thread to be posted in, it should be deleted?? Or am I just going completly insane and should know where to post and not post?
I think they just figure everyone would see the threads on the first page (or near the top of the page) are the ones people are recently talking in.
Bringing up old threads is quite annoying a lot of the times on any forum. If they're old, then most likely the thread starter has moved on or has had his problem solved. I noticed when you bumped the threads up, but I didn't say anything (even though it did annoy me a bit seeing a bunch of old threads being bumped up as well).
I'm not trying to make my reply harsh or anything so don't take it that way. I think it's just best to stick to the threads near the top of the forum so you can talk about things that are happening now rather than things that happened about a week ago.

I don't mean to sound harsh either but I think that that is a load of bollucks!!
This is a forum. Forums are made to talk and communicate in. If someone makes a thread then why should people be restricted from posting in them???
Only because there old doesn't mean you shouldn't post in them!
I think it is absolutly out of order that I got an official warning and got threatened to be restricted from the forum for posting in an old thread. If I wasn't so polite, I would have told the stuff to F*** Off!!
I posted in a thread and got told off...What is the god dam point???

Guys, please don't hijack this thread. We were talking about hosting and now it's turned into forum issues. Only post here if you want to add to this topic, not steer it away. I'm not trying to sound controling in any way, but this happens way to often, and the people it is really annoying is the admins, which in turn makes this forum not to most happiest place.
EDIT: jossmi39, please watch the language. Frustration is no reason to begin swearing.

Nah I understand but where else will I post my view??
If I make a complaint thread, the admins will immediatly ban me and destroy it and try to make everything look like nothing happened!

The admins would not do such a thing. If you handle this matter calmly, and respectfully with your concerns, there is no reason they will remove it.
EDIT: If the thread is created for complaints, of course it will be locked/deleted. You may just want to list your concerns, and suggestions for making this a better place, rather than constantly critizing it.
As far as what I said, this conversation ends here. I do not approve of hijacking a thread, and will be a part of this no longer. My replies to this situation in this thread will cease immediately.

I don't appreciate you slandering my name. I did not tell you off, I nicely asked you not to open threads up that have not been posted in for the last 2 years. How do you say that is threating you.... it is a stock message that comes with the forum that we use that you were sent that I wrote in and said "Please do not bump threads that are old and do not have any active postings in them." I even used the word PLEASE and you are saying that we are being "grumpy, boring and moody".
I think that you need to read what was sent to you again, understand it and move on. The more you threaten us, and hijack threads the more likely it is that you will loose your forum rights.
"Yeah I know but more people could be employed for that."
Your on free hosting... free hosting companies can't provide 24 x 7 live hosting if they want to stay above water.

About the phpmyadmin being slow, a few people have said this but i cannot find any problems.
The database server is only used 25% capacity even at peak times, there is no reason why it is slow.
Seeing as this seems to be a phpmyadmin problem, and not websites, I highly suspect the problem is phpmyadmin does not work well in certain browsers, or that some firewalls/antivirus software on your computer are interfering with it.
