ads on images?

Sometimes when I upload an image there is an ad on it. So sometimes they don't appear because of the ads. When they don't appear I check the link and theres an add above and below the image. But when they do work, there are no ads. Is there a way to get rid of it?

When you directly go to a non HTML file it places ads above and below the file then shows a link to download the file. It is not causing the problem. What page are you finding the error on? The most likely problem is that you don't have the CaSe right on the URL.

This was the way I found out there were ads on the website too. My images weren't showing up due to the ads.

I have the case right because it appears sometimes, just not all the time. It's only when I hotlink the images.. But not on actual webpages.

The only hotlinking of images we allow is to the image with that ad page. It is mainly to prevent someone from using us as an image host and having their web site hosted elsewhere and using us to deter their bandwidth bill.
