hi, how do i log in to my email account for my host

To log into to your e-mail you will need to setup some mail software in your computer. To save yourself a lot of time, I recommend you use Microsoft Outlook, or Outlook Express. Once you have one of these on your computer (Outlook Express comes preinstalled in most Windows PC's), visit: http://account.ulmb.com/mail/ - and click ">> Manage/Add/Remove Accounts"
Once in the next page, select "config" for the mailbox you wish to set up. There, you will see a box called "Select Application - Please select the mail application you use." You then select the application you use, and a file will be downloaded that you can import, and everything will be automatically set up.
