Question about videos

hi i want to make my site to show videos of movies. from other sites but i dont know how to do that. like a site that when you goto it there will be a movie and you press play and let it buffer and then watch it. like youtube. no downloads.

You mean you want a site where you upload videos and show them off? Kind of like Youtube only you're the only person uploading videos?

If that's the case, then it would be streaming videos, which is the same thing as downloading.
