Its really easy!
1: Upload unzipped theme into SMF "Themes" directory using FTP
2: Go to "Theme and Layout Options" on your SMF Control Panel
3: In the "From a directory on the server:" Box, type the path to the themes root folder eg /hosted/domains/l/i/yourdomain.com/public_html/Themes/Themefolder
4: Click Install
5: Click OK
6: Thank me for letting people know about this
7: Buy me beer
