Your not using the right mysql database connections "root@localhost" login to your account control panel to get the correct login information and or contact IPB support for how to change it.

you get these when it can not connect to database or the database was deleted, you u were screwing aroung in phpmyadmin.

Check your mysql settings, or reinstall ipb.
