I have a paid account and I can not access my site. I did not abuse ulmb in any way.
e-mail to support got unanswered.
ulmb is abusing me and I will report this to the credit card company.

We do not provide email support so I have NO clue who you emailed. What is/was your username?

Do you need to use a proxy site to get onto ulmb at all?

I do not wish to publish my email address in the forum. Is anybody attending support@umlimited.com? I wrote to that address twice.

I'm sorry, we don't even own that domain. At the time, we don't offer e-mail support, so contacting us by e-mail is not possible.

As a response to the other question, yes, I need a proxy to view any page at ulmb, because apparently my ip adress is banned. My proxy does not allow ftp access, so I can not do anything on the site. And I do not know why my ip address would be banned in the first place.

I meant:support@ unlimitedmb.com
That's the address from which I received some recent correspondence.

How can I get excessive connections, when I barely ever use ulmb. All I tried to do lately was move one web site from my account to it's new owner account.

You made more than 15 simultaneous connections to our server. This is the only way you could have gotten banned.

The user name is CarpathianBridge.
I want to move CarpathianBridge.ulmb.com in the account carpatbridgeclub.
Is this a crime?

I could not have done that many connections, because there's just one of me and I was not using any script. Just a normal ftp client.

It is no crime, you simply made more than 15 simultaneous connections to our server.
I'm not going to argue with you. If you attempt to turn this into an arguement, this thread will be closed.

How do I get unbanned?
All I want to do is turn the web site over to its new owner and get out of here.
Did you use some sort of "secret" or Modification to make your browser go "faster" ?
That's what it means by too many connections. Accounts are unbanned after 24 hours. You'll continue to be banned if you don't fix your browser.

Not that I know of.
Anyway, thanks for unbanning me.
Now, if I delete the user CarpathianBridge from my account, will I be able to re-create it in the new account? The club would like to keep the web site name, but I am not willing to host it into my account.
