Really Annoyed About The Service

i am really annoyed about the service how there is false timezones about server moving also. It wont let me extract zip files though i changed zip over 20 times including upload via ftp.

Also sometimes the domains are down. Why is this.

I need help uploading a zip file i have done this twenty times (re make zip). Its a smf forum. I am really annoyed about this because i try in many ways and it still wont work.
