right ime on step 1 of setting joomla up on my site im new to this and i need to know if anyone know's a good site that is easy to explain how do do my SQL database and how i can find out the information to type into joomla

Well, you can manage your MySQL databases here: http://account.ulmb.com/mysql/

If you haven't created a database yet you can make one by using the new database form. Then, just fill in the correct correct info (the database name, username, and password) when installing Joomla. Also, be sure you put the database server names as "mysql", not "localhost".
