I get a simlar error on my phpbb avatar upload. When on member account what am i doing wrong?

Can you allow the extension .Lua it for wowroster it is simlar to php but for game it so it can transfer game data to website so i can tell what items ect. www.wowroster.com for more info it not harmful or anything. I am pretty sure i need that file ect.
