Am i allowed to have to have a website that allows people to upload their files for webspace. Like freewebs. How you can upload your files. A Mini webspace area. And people have their own folders (users).
The site also has restrictions where you cannot upload certain files.

Absolutely not, the terms of service explicitly says you may not. Please review the terms of service you agreed to and said you read when you signed up.

Ok thanks. I havent done this. But im wondering can i do that filehost thing in a different host. And get a page from ulmb to iframe it.
For example
My script is hosted at zymic. And i make a page/directory called filehost. E.g Http://free2play.co.cc/filehost
can i make http://free2play.co.cc/filehost redirect or frame my zymic site?

Yup, as long as the script isn't hosted here.

We provide a control panel that we developed. There is no way for you to install cPanel nor are you allowed to.

You seriously need to read the terms of use, and re read every single post you have ever made.
You have already asked the hosting question.

Does this not make sense?
HOSTING FILES FOR OTHER PEOPLE IS NOT ALLOWED.
I am restricting your posting on the forums for 7 days.
Please READ the forums, and your own posts before you decide to post again.
I am going to place your account on watch because of the amount of issues that have come up on your account.
Again, READ the terms of use, not just to say you read them, but understand them: http://account.ulmb.com/terms/
