I have been getting emails for months now about declined transactions, I cant seem to get it cancelled so what do I do who do I talk to? there was nothing wrong with the service I just can't afford it anymore

Account cannot be cancelled when you owe us money.
I understand that you do not want it anymore, but you should have cancelled it instead of letting it go overdue.
Our software does not support cancelling accounts suspended for non payment.
This will probably be fixed in the future but for now you cannot cancel it.

I was charged AGAIN for my account that I asked to be canceled half a dozen times now, I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company unless ULMB gives me a refund, this is my second post about this very problem. Is there any justice here HELLOOOOOO but for the love of god how do I REALLY cancel this damn thing?!?!?!?!?

See what I mean, I cannot cancel my account to prevent being charged again, because I cannot access my account, you charge for the following month of service yes? so how can I owe you money if you suspend my account immediately upon non-payment? the transaction didn't go through because I did not have funds in the account because I believed the account to be already cancelled, forget it its a lost cause no point arguing you'll just have some stupid response anyway and try to justify your stealing from me

You are extremely disrespectful.
For your information, this would have to be the absolute first time that we are accused of stealing from a customer in our 2 years of business in this name, and I can assure you that this is not the case. Your account has or had overdue charges, which, if you didn't notice means you owed us money. You wanted to cancel an account that you still owed us money for, money that you would have stolen from us if you were to get away with it.
It's not our fault that you got charged because you didn't cancel, but don't start blaming it on us.
I understand that you do not want it anymore, but you should have cancelled it instead of letting it go overdue.
Now shyguyunlimitd tell me, who is stealing from who?
I don't expect an answer, as this thread will be closed, and a permanent ban will be set on your account. Why? Spamming our forums with the issues you created for yourself, and the insults and false accusations again the administrators and the company itself.

You didnt cancel the account so why would you think that?
Did you think we could read you mind and know you didnt want the account?
Im mainly posting this so other customers reading this can understand how things work.
If you decide you no longer want your account, you can cancel it at any time very easily from your control panel.
Just click the cancel icon in your control panel and its done.
Very easy and takes less then a minute.
If you dont bother cancel, we have no way of knowing your intentions unless you tell us, if you let your account go overdue it will get suspended and you wont be able to cancel until the bill is paid.
