XML DOMDocument enabled?

Can this be enabled please?

If somehow you can enable this in php.ini I would be very greatful.
If I need to upgrade to get that I will, how can you help me this is very important to me.

If its not there then its not supported.
We are not taking requests for additional modules at this time.
