For some reason I can't login to the forum and I need to get support with my hosting account. I sent a message to your support team but haven't heard back. Can you please look into my account and let me know why I can't login? I tried password recovery and that didn't work (it said my email address wasn't valid).
My user name is tspree15
thank you

You need to use the same password as your hosting account. If you don't know what it is use the password reset located here: http://account.ulmb.com/login/lostpw/
Remember that everything is case sensitive. "This" is not the same as "this" or "THIS" your username has to be in lowercase letters

I know my password but it still isn't working. The password I use to log in to my hosting account isn't working for the forum. Is there any way you can look into it?
My username is tspree15
Thank you

Change the password of your hosting account, and then try logging into the forums using that new password.
The issue you are experiencing is happening because at some point you did change your password, but did it through the forum software. This will change your forum password, but not your hosting password, leaving the two different.
When you change the password of your hosting account, both the hosting account and forum account passwords are changed.
Let me know how that works for you. Good luck!

I just changed my account password but for some reason I still can't login to the forum. Does it take a few minutes for the change to register?
Thanks

Its instant.
Make sure to login to the forum with username/password all lowercase.

No caps lock, still can't login. I think something strange is happening with my hosting account.
1) My 2nd domain name is now missing along with the email accounts associated with that domain.
2) I can't access a few of the pages in the control panel because it says I don't have the proper permission.
Thanks for the help

Ahh. your using a subaccount.
You need to logout and then login using you main account password.

I wasn't aware that I was using a sub account...I never changed anything, I've been using this password to login to my account the whole time.
I don't have any other password on file. How can I look it up? I don't remember which email address you have on file for my account.
Thanks

Did you at any point share your main account password with someone else?
If so, the person you allowed onto the account changed your main account's password, and created a sub account using the password you know. This was probably an attempt to take over your account without you noticing.
If this is the case, which seems likely, you broke our TOS by allowing someone onto your main account.
At this time, only an admin will be able to help you recover your account, as it is likely your e-mail was changed in the process too.
Just a heads up, whoever you are sharing your account with cannot be trusted.

I never gave my account information to anyone. I am the only one who has ever had access to my account. I really need to get this figured out right away. Can you please email me directly? If not, is there a phone number where I can reach someone?
Thanks

The email address used on the account has not changed since the account was created. It is an aol.com address.
Recover your password by email.
You likely created a subaccount and started using that account instead of your main account.
You need to logout of the subaccount and login with your main account password.
