unsuspension request

Can i request for an unsuspension? My account was closed without a reason. I just read around and noticed that shoutbox aren't allowed. I'll remove it immediately after it's reopened! Thank you for your service!

By the way, I did read the tos.. but it didn't say anything about shoutbox or chatrooms. Only the forums do =/

Sorry, your account is closed. There are protective measures on the server to prevent them from being uploaded and by having it on there you bypassed those measures.

Your account was obviously not closed without reason. You said the reason right after that.

All i did was upload smf and applied this package: ****

Then when it was suspended, I looked around the tos and rules and found that shoutbox was not allowed. I seen other ppl get unsuspended when they requested... If you think I hacked it, try applying smf and that mod ><. Sorry, I worked over countless of hours on that site.. can I at least get a chance to retrieve my avatars and my files...? You can close it and ban me right after that. I just need my database and files >>

When your account is closed everything is deleted.

Okay thanks for your support. Here's a way to improve your service: Add the scripts that aren't allowed on the TOS or make it shorter or simple. Also, you should provide a reason on the site when you suspend it and give them some time or warnings. If you impliment those, I will surely join this webhost again.

Shoutboxes are abusive to the server, it is in the terms of service:
CPU Resources. User acknowledges that the Service is provided on a shared server and agrees not to engage in any activity that could overwhelm the server with heavy CPU usage or that requires a disproportionate amount of the resources of the UnlimitedMB.com server, including without limitation, use of highly active PHP scripts or MySQL processes.
We are just being nice by listing them here on the forums explaining common scripts that are not welcome here.

If we were to add every script in the world that could be potentially abusive to the server to the terms of service then it would be about 200 pages long. We just list the most popular ones here on the forums to help you out. There are a ton of poorly coded scripts out there that no one uses, so we don't explicitly call them out here on the forums, but as you want, them all to be listed in the TOS, it is impossible. That would also go against your other request of making the TOS shorter and simpler.

We do not want to host people who are going to cause harm to the server and other users on the server, there is no need to give a warning or a reason.


You can have a paid account, but you are not eligible to join free hosting again. (the same thing applies, no abusive scripts)

You were using Yshout, a banned script.
After the file failing to upload on your first attempt you modified it or installed it via an alternate method to bypass our filters.
Shoutboxes are one of the most abusive scripts we have ever seen, just a few users online can almost bring down the server and will absolutely not be tolerated.
Any site caught with a refreshing shoutbox will be deleted without warning.
