I'm one of those people that actually planned on using 5 domains when i upgraded my account but it turns out you're not allowed to do so. You only get 4 domains and a subdomain which cannot be deleted to free up that illusive 5th unallowable domain. From reading other posts, this "domain" is my primary key and cannot be changed or updated, correct?

Is there any way i can trade like 80 pop boxes for a real 5th domain?

Personally i feel that you misrepresented the specifications when laying out the package options. 5 domains should equal 5 domains, period. No where in the TOS, agreements or specifications did it mention that you'll sell me 5 domains and really give me 4. Please correct me if I am wrong or off base here...
thanks

No, you cannot trade 80 pop boxes for it. You do get 5 domains, your free rob.ulmb.com counts as one. And as you have read, there is no way to change it.
If you need more domains it only costs a few dollars more to upgrade. This is a reason why there are multiple plans.

thats what i mean, you force a subdomain toward my count of domains. I undersatnd there are multiple plans but case in point, I don't know how many true domains i can have in each and why you don't accurately disclose this up front. It only cost me a few dollars last time to upgrade and thats why i did because i thought i was getting 5.

It feels like you're selling me a two car garage and i can fit my car and a matchbox car in there....well it's 2 cars!

So I assume all the plans are one less domain than advertised?

You get 5 domains, one of them is required to be the one that comes with your account. That doesn't mean you get 4 domains, that means you get 5 domains. Do you understand that you still get the domain name... no where does it say that you get to pick each one.

No, we are not selling you a garage, we do not build garages, get your story straight. Compare apples to apples, not apples to oranges. If that is what you want to do then it's like buying a house that has 100,000 sqr ft of concrete and your mad because you can only walk on 90,000 sq/ft because 10,000 sq/ft is in the footings and you want someone to give you 10,000 sq/ft free because you think you are getting screwed out of it even though you are already getting it and your just trying to get 110,000 sq/ft for the price of 100,000 sq/ft. Think about it.

And again, to your last assumption, no, you get 5 domains. One of them however is required to be the one that came with your account.

If we told you it was 6 domains there would be people complaining they only got 5.
The limit has to to be set at something.

Anything listed in "My Websites" count as a domain.
This is true for free accounts too, and the control panel clearly shows how many your using, so why would you expect it to change by upgrading.

The original domain yourname.ulmb.com cannot be removed and is counted towards the domain limit. The others are cusomizable by you.
