When i go to the domains section, it lists at least 3 that i bought a long time ago and no longer want to own. Do I simply just turn auto-renewal off?

When I did have access to your account a very long time ago, I do remember turning the auto-renewal off, per your request.

This is a different domain I'm talking about, thanks.

I transferred a domain (www.forgehub.com) over to someone else on a different host, but it's still showing up in my Domains page. I want to cancel my account, but I don't want that domain to be canceled. The other person should be paying for it now... did I do something wrong?

Unless you remove the domain it wont just disappear because you changed the nameservers.

I didn't just change the nameservers, I transferred it to another hosting company. There we're emails that I had to confirm and stuff. I dont have them anymore, though.

If you are sure you transferred your domain from us then we have no control over your domain anymore and canceling your account will do nothing to the domain. If you only changed your name servers then canceling your account will obviously have negative results.

But why is it still in the domain list if it's not mine anymore?

I have merged both of your threads together. We really dont appreciate it that you created two different threads about the same issue then continued in both of them wasting a good amount of the staff's time.

We dont check for or remove domains from the list automatically upon transfer.
If you know its transferred then you can safely close your account

How can I make absolutely sure that the domain is 100% transferred?
I think if it shows up on your new hoster and it's grabbing the information from the right place and pointed to the right nameservers it should be good :p lol (New registrar).

View the whois for the domain and look who it says the register is. If you dont know how to do this ask your new register as they should be providing you support for the domain. (thats what your paying them for)

Its not my account, its someone else's, and I have no experience with the host their using. Oh well.

Why are you asking for support for another user's account? We can't help you if it isn't hosted here, we have no control over other hosts.

I just want to know that if i close this account, it won't affect the domain.

Both Tyler and myself have told you already that you can close your account.
