I recently bought the domain "Unauthorizedpersonnel.org" and its showing up on my list but I cant access it through the web... this might just be a time issue. Im just wondering why it wont work.

Have you gone to domains > unauthorizedpersonnel.org > Name Servers ?

Domains can take upto 2 days to show up, that is just the way the internet works.
