merged: various session errors

Whilst trying to log into phpMyadmin I'm recieving this error -
phpMyAdmin - Error
Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

I have a galaxy tool that i have been running on my paid site for over a year, last night my site worked fine, then today....when anyone logs into the site, they get a timed out session..... I went to the creators of the program i use, they say it is a hosting problem.... I know the tool is not allowed on the free sites, and i know my membership is up to date.... I am curious if it is a hosting problem or not , and if not then i will paste the comment to the creators of the program so they believe me..

When i try to log into my sites admin I enter the correct username and password but wont let me in it says Invalid Session in the address field.

Can Anyone help.
