Repeated issue

I had this problem before ( http://forum.unlimitedmb.com/showthread.php?t=2998 ) and you sorted it for me and i was able to carry on logging in and out but it has happened again :-(
I only edit my site now and again, I wasn't doing anything wrong becuase you saw everything and I was able to continue..
I'm getting rather annoyed by this..

This URL http://dcrams.com/index.php?ind=gallery&op=section_view&idev=14%27%2 consumes massive CPU and eventually times out.

There were several visitors accessing this url repeatedly which was harming server performance.

Your claim that "I wasn't doing anything wrong" is incorrect.
Using excessive CPU is a violation of the terms of service.

This server is being shared by many other customers and we will not allow one user to abuse it, if we keep having to suspend your account over this it will eventually be terminated.

I'm sorry, I had no idea. I will try my utmost to sort this. I'm gonna have to work it out but I will be working quick
