I uploaded a LONGGGGGGG time ago a news code that I still use... I have the php part of it but I need the mysql part is there any way I can recover the code from phpmyadmin?

I don't think I fully understand you, but you can make a backup of your database from your control panel.
If the SQL was changed since installation, and you didn't want that, there would be no way to get the previous SQL code.
You could delete all the news posts, and try to make everything default, but that wouldn't be the same as getting the script fresh.
Oh, and uhh.. No question is too stupid to be worth asking.

Well I ade a news code a long time ago and now I dont remember how I did the MySQL part of it.. so I was wondering could I go into phpmyadmin and retrieve the code?

I'm not sure exactly what your trying to do, but you can view everything stored in the database in phpmyadmin. Is this a script that you made or something you bought/downloaded?

Control Panel -> MySQL Databases -> Backup -> Download Backup -> Open .SQL file
Or go the more complicated way and export the tables in phpMyAdmin
