Requesting MySQL backup

Recently been hacked, and all MySQL / FTP has been erased. I am requesting a full backup. And if possible the option to add a password to my FTP as this is where the weak link was.

I'm sure an admin would be more than willing to help you with restoring the latest backup we have of your account.

You can change your FTP password, simply by changing the password of your main account. Please be sure that whoever had access to your account, doesn't have it anymore, by verifying there are no subaccounts attached to your main one.

Once the restoration is complete, change your MySQL passwords as well.

I have restored your account and database to the latest backup but your site still does not work.

We cannot restore your account if it was hacked more then 1 day ago as the backup is updated each day.
